This 'monk's hat' of premium China Green Tea hides a secret. When steeped in 500mls of just boiled water for five minutes, it bursts forth to reveal an arrangement of three tiny white chrysanthemums.

The flowering is best observed in a vessel of
heat-proof glass - and may be enjoyed
again and again by adding 800mls of
hot water twice more.
