DUAMARA
Single Estate Assam Tea. With its generous sprinkling of golden buds and neatly twisted leaf, this stylish tea is bright, brisk, lively and distinctively Assamese in the cup when brewed for three minutes and drunk black. Brewed for five minutes this tea will need milk and will have a round, mellow, rich and full flavoured taste.

PUERH
A Chinese tea of legendary reputation. A tea of musty myth a millennium in the making. Created in secrecy by a coterie of Yunnan tea masters.

No milk, no sugar. Keep the infusion short, to create an amber coloured liquor with distinctive forest floor flavours. Puerh can be re-infused many times.
