This nuttish knob of premium China Green is a
budding bouquet.
When steeped in 800 mls of just boiled water for five minutes, it opens
to reveal a pink rose bud and a perfect white chrysanthemum.
The opening celebration is best seen in a vessel of
heat-proof glass – and
may be enjoyed
again and again by adding 800mls of
hot water twice more.
