HERE COMES THE KING! Yunnan's puerh tea - once reserved exclusively for the imperial teapot, Larsen and Thompson have secured a supply for your sipping pleasure. Some say puerh is a "slimming tea" lowering triglyceride levels for those who consume. We say it’s a "Super tea" capable of being aged like wine.

Either way, it's a tea of musty myth a millenium in the making. Created in secrecy by a coterie of Yunnan tea masters. Hidden, hoarded, stolen, fought over, love it or loathe it, puerh is one of the great tea experiences.

FRESH CHAI JIVE! In March 2008 Larsen & Thompson will release freshly designed cartons for some of our most popular blended teas. Chai, Good Morning, Jungle Green and Earl Grey are all getting a brand new look. A couple of Larsen & Thompson's finest single estate teas, Duamara from Assam and Chamong, a certified organic tea from Darjeeling are also getting the makeover and beauty treatment.
