puerh is one of the great tea experiences.
Instructions. No milk, no sugar; try one teaspoon
of tea per cup of boiled water in your pot. Puerh
infuses very quickly so allow no more than five
seconds for the first infusion to create an
amber coloured liquor with distinctive
forest floor flavours. After the first
infusion allow more time to your
taste. You're in charge - so
experiment to find the brew
that suits you.
