Black Tea
This black tea is smoked with pine wood during
the firing process of tea manufacture.
Ordinarily, a tea with a smoky taste would be discounted by
tea buyers but
this famous style, first produced in China’s Fujian Province in the 17th C,
has a loyal following
amongst tea connoisseurs.
Golden in the cup with a complex palate of burnt
wood flavours this tea
enchants many tea aficionados.
Infuse two grams per 100 ml cup of just boiled
water in a pot for at least
three and a half minutes.
