Keemun Mao Feng

The most revered of the China blacks. Grown in the hills
of Southern Anhui Province, Keemun Mao Feng's well twisted leaf produces a dark red tea; its flavor is subtly sweet with overtones of stone fruit and hints of pine.

Steep at least five minutes in water just under
boiling point.

The leaves may be used more
than once.
