Chinese Tea Flowers
This famous style of green tea hails from Fujian Province in China. During
production finely plucked tea leaves, hand rolled into a pearl shape are
intentionally placed next to fragrant jasmine flowers. The pale yellow liquor
that results has the delicate aroma and sweet flavour of jasmine.

Infuse six "pearls" per 100 mls in just boiled
water for at least four minutes.This
tea is best seen in a vessel of heat-proof glass. The leaves may be used
more than once.
